it really does astonish me how so many people on here are like “getting called a slut or promiscuous isn’t that big of a deal bi women complain too much etc etc let’s talk about REAL problems” but fail to make the connection in their tiny little brains that bi women constantly being viewed as sluts with no sexual boundaries DIRECTLY contributes to real life sexual violence and abuse against us.
it’s been proven time and time again that bisexual women have significantly higher rates of suffering from sexual violence than both straight women and lesbians, and the fact that so many people don’t realize that bi women being hypersexualized literally directly contributes to this….. is wild. this isn’t fucking online discourse. we are suffering in actual real life because of this. don’t you dare downplay that.
please grow some brain cells and absorb this information, because it is IMPORTANT. i’m starting to think most of you willingly ignore posts like this anyways though. lmao
